GAK ATTACK!

I know cheesy title. lol But the kids and I had a ton of fun last week with this awesome GAK!. I have been reading many craft blogs lately in order to get the kids off the couch and engaged in some fun activities. I stumbled across this blog and found a fun recipe.

At first I thought we had done something wrong because it seemed awfully watery.

But I soon realized that the ingredients needed time to come together and solidify a bit.

The two older kids played with this stuff for days. I think my oldest still has his somewhere. However, my middle child's had an unfortunate run in with a newspaper and a dirty floor. lol

Rain, rain go away.......

I was afraid the weather was going to rain on our parade but the rain ended just before this awesome senior session began! The clouds broke and offered the sun's beautiful evening light. I had so much fun with Morgan and her Mom! Here are your preview images!

Beautiful day, beautiful wedding

Saturday was a beautiful summer day with temperatures unseasonably cool. I'm not complaing though because it made for some awesome photographs! Jeff and Nikki's wedding was fabulous! They are so in love and you can see it in their wedding photos. The wedding took place at the chapel at Alderson Broaddus College in Philippi. It was a beautiful Catholic ceremony.

The reception was at Bel Meadow Country Club in Mt. Clare. There was a tournament taking place so we weren't able to get very many shots on the green but we did sneak in a few!
